Wesentra Oy and Mintly Holding Oy have signed an agreement on July 1, 2022, whereby Mintly Holding Oy acquires 100% of the share capital of Wesentra Oy. With the acquisition, Wesentra can develop its services even better, and at the same time, the data security and certificate services represented by Wesentra also strengthen Mintly’s service selection. Wesentra will continue to operate as before and Wesentra’s services or personnel will not be affected by this acquisition. Wesentra’s operational activities will remain unchanged, we will continue to serve our customers with the current personnel as before, and you will find the people you know here in the future as well.
With this acquisition Wesentra, a Finnish IT security company, whose expertise is in certificate services and solutions for combating phishing and ensuring greater network security, gets Mintly as it’s owner. With the increased resources, Wesentra and Mintly plan to invest heavily in developing services and growing operations.
